Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at KNG Nutrition Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying open markets, setting up distribution, and increasing sales of our products through the Dealer channel and Direct Livestock Producer.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Regional Sales Manager to identify open markets and set up appropriate distribution
Work directly with livestock producers to prospect business through feed trials, nutrition formulation utilizing Dalex, and feed management support
Increase sales of all KNG products through the Dealer channel and Direct Livestock Producer
Increase profitability of the assigned territory for KNG

Additional Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to producers and dealers
Offer feed formulation support using Dalex
Plan promotions and review dealer performance
Introduce new products and provide product training
Assist with merchandising and up-selling
Conduct consumer seminars to educate consumers and build brand awareness
Make end-user field calls to grow the business

Requirements:

BS degree in Animal Science or Ag related business degree
4 years of related work experience
1-2 years of experience in the beef industry preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Travel:

75-80% of the role will involve traveling in the territory to visit dealerships, call on end-users, and attend trade shows and sales meetings.
