About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled ACA Reconciliation Process Expert to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing ACA Enrollment Reconciliation processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ACA guidelines and operational procedures, including data reconciliation, RCNI/RCNO file handling, and error resolution. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior analysts, operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient enrollment data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze ACA and/or Medicare and/or Medicaid Enrollment Reconciliation processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the validation of RCNI and RCNO files.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement system enhancements that support reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain documentation of business processes, including workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze reconciliation data to identify discrepancies and work with operations to resolve them.
  • Provide support and assistance to senior analysts and other team members as needed.
  • Prepare reports on reconciliation activities and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ACA and/or Medicare and/or Medicaid business analysis or a similar regulatory environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ACA and/or Medicare and/or Medicaid Enrollment Reconciliation processes, including Pre-Audit, RCNI, and RCNO submissions.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
