Roofing Supervisor

Bartlett Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofs, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing crews to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with the management team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in roofing, with a focus on supervisory or management roles.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as work at heights.
