Job Title: Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Willimantic, Connecticut.

About the Job

This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, acquiring and processing patient studies, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures using technical knowledge and good judgment
  • Acquire and process patient studies
  • Maintain accurate and complete daily records
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and effective examinations
Requirements
  • AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
  • BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
  • At least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine (Certified Nuclear Medicine)
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
