Job Title: Lead Carpenter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team at House Doctors. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for leading a team of carpenters and handymen on various home repair and maintenance projects. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of carpenters and handymen on various home repair and maintenance projects
* Work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
* Develop and implement plans to complete projects efficiently and effectively
* Supervise and train team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete projects

Requirements:

* 7 to 10+ years of residential and commercial repair, maintenance and remodel experience
* Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
* Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems
* Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
* A strong work ethic and highly dependable
* Team player
* Able to perform physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
