Mechatronics Specialist for Heavy Machinery

Job Summary

At Emerald Enterprises, we are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Specialist to join our Technical Service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for our crane systems, winches, lifting and pulling devices, aerial work platforms, fall protection systems, and other heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive maintenance and repair activities for crane systems, winches, lifting and pulling devices, aerial work platforms, fall protection systems, and other heavy machinery.
• Act as the primary point of contact and technical advisor for team leaders and plant management on safety, cost planning, and in-house/outsourced services.
• Commission, control, monitor, evaluate, and conduct safety training for heavy machinery operations.
• Manage orders and procurement using our internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless maintenance and repair services.

Requirements

• Completion of training as a mechatronics technician or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
