This role offers an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Field Robotics Technician, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure the successful operation of our robotic system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and troubleshoot issues proactively, minimizing downtime to the customer
  2. Provide exceptional service, timely repairs, and routine maintenance of our robotics solution
  3. Monitor and observe the operation of customer robot fleets to ensure optimal performance
  4. Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, product performance, and potential areas for improvement
  5. Support customers during product deployment and post-sales phases
  6. Assist sales teams in providing on-site demos to potential customers
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree, technical certification, relevant experience, or coursework in mechanical, electrical, or software fields is preferred
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or software systems gained through work experience or educational background
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking in fast-paced operational environments
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently and as part of a team
  • A good driving record and reliable transportation to and from job locations
  • A willingness to travel occasionally for on-site visits
