Licensed Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Architect to join our team at Architecture Incorporated. As a key member of our design staff, you will be responsible for overseeing architectural production and delivery of design solutions throughout all phases of a project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of proposals and interviews to obtain new work.
- Oversee architectural production and delivery of design solutions throughout all phases of a project.
- Prepare specifications.
- Perform code analysis.
- Monitor budget to ensure the project is progressing in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Keep up-to-date on new technologies, trends, and innovative best practices, and recommend changes and new services as appropriate.
- Mentor junior staff in all facets of design.
- Assist in maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business connections.
Requirements:
- Effectively juggle a variety of responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization and follow-up skills.
- Collaborate efficiently in a team environment and work independently with supervision from our design staff.
- Possess great interpersonal skills (listening, diplomacy, responsiveness).
- Professionally communicate with the design team, clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have a professional work ethic.
- Be capable of independent thinking and possess creative abilities.
Education and Experience:
- Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of architecture and design concepts, practices, and methods.
- High level of creativity, innovative thinking, and problem-solving.
- Experience in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Twinmotion, Enscape, and/or a similar rendering software.
- Experience directing or coordinating work efforts of team members, including consultants and contractors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative and professional work ethic.
