Responsibilities- Assess and plan individualized patient care plans, implementing and evaluating nursing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to interdisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and support staff, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal patient care.
- Current PA RN licensure or practice permit
- CPR certification
- Preferred: Certification in area of specialty
