Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions, and making change as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with special projects, such as restocking returns, replenishing front-end items, and cleaning.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job.
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs.
  • Job cycles: continual max.
  • Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
  • Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
