Transportation Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to lead our logistics team. As a key member of the US Foods, Inc. team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing transportation strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Lead a team of drivers and logistics coordinators to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including DOT requirements.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with inventory control and OSHA regulations.

• A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $110,000 based on experience.
