Cured Meat Clerk Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Cured Meat Clerk to join our deli team. As a Cured Meat Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining deli cases, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package deli meats, cheeses, and other products according to company standards.
  • Stocking and Maintenance: Maintain deli cases, stock shelves, and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with basic knowledge of deli products, proper handling of knives and other cutting equipment, and the ability to work well with a team. Additionally, you must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of temperatures.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
