We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at 1-800-Plumber + Air of Yukon. Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $$45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as paid on-the-job training throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Installation and Maintenance: Installing, removing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including refrigeration equipment and ice makers.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues with HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems through observation, testing, and setup.
  • Communication: Explaining work to be performed and completed to customers, providing timelines and wait times, and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining an inventory of required stock and ensuring that the service vehicle is fully equipped.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A current driver's license.
  • The ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screenings.
  • Experience in light commercial and restaurant freezer/refrigeration equipment, ice makers, refrigerants operations, and processes.
