Restoration Technician

PuroClean of San Fernando is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in helping families and businesses recover from unexpected events such as water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Restoration Services: Perform restoration services on residential and commercial properties, following PuroClean's production guidelines.
• Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and organize vehicles, equipment, and assets to ensure optimal performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure a unified and efficient team environment.
• Brand Representation: Represent PuroClean's brand by adhering to uniform and policy guidelines outlined in the Brand Identity Guide.
• Job Site Maintenance: Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Professional Development: Develop production expertise through providing exceptional services and maintaining a high level of quality.
