Project Manager - Land Development

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project design, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and providing technical guidance to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage land development projects, including site layout, grading, and drainage design.
  • Oversee project design and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college.
  • PE license in the State of Florida.
  • 4+ years of experience designing land development projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work outside and perform site inspections at active and potential construction sites.
