LPN Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at La Villa Grande Care Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients and perform routine checks to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Assist the clinical team in providing care and support to residents.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide kind, gentle, and professional care to residents, respecting their dignity and privacy.
Qualifications:
  • Completed LPN license program.
  • Computer skills and ability to work with electronic medical records.
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve residents.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently.
  • A love for seniors and a passion for providing exceptional care.
