The CT Technologist is a vital member of our diagnostic imaging team, responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently produce high-quality CT scans of patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric age groups.
- Follow established scanning and viewing protocols to ensure accurate and efficient imaging.
- Operate CT scanners and related equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
- Registration as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Advanced Registry in Computed Tomography (CT) required upon hire.
- Licensure as a Medical Radiologic Technologist by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
