Job Title: Electronics Engineer Staff

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer Staff to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for technical oversight, integration, and monitoring of major subsystem development subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements and product development analysis
  • Interface analysis and architecture definition
  • Hardware verification and qualification
  • Transition to production activities
  • Design reviews and ICD updates
  • Processor selection and updates
  • Lab testing and updates
  • Integration and test planning and validation/verification of Processor systems and subcomponents
Requirements:
  • Active Secret security clearance (investigation performed in last 5 years)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or applicable technical experience
  • Strong general electrical engineering knowledge
  • Experience in electronic system and subsystem design and test, systems analysis, software-driven operations, and test schemes
  • Ability to develop system and subsystem performance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with peers, management, suppliers, and customers
  • Ability to work well in an interdisciplinary environment
Desired Skills:
  • 5-10 years of electronics engineering experience
  • Ability to perform requirements definition, design trades, interface definitions, development estimating, and tasking
  • Electronic systems integration, testing, and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to use test equipment to support acceptance testing, manufacturing production, and in-process testing
  • Ability to deal with highly complex and challenging customer and supplier relationships
