Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Cook to join our team at Langan Holdings LLC. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to high standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working effectively as part of a team.

• Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen environment
• Prepare and set up kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition
• Check the quality of food and ensure it meets our high standards
• Clean and stock the kitchen area, ensuring it is tidy and organized
• Prepare food in a fast and efficient manner, meeting customer demand
• Date and label all required items, ensuring accurate inventory management
• Follow all inspection guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work effectively as part of a team, providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues

• Must have knowledge of sanitation procedures and be able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Must demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, working effectively with colleagues to achieve our goals
• Must have excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly, responding to changing customer demand
• Food handler certification is a plus
