- Be a Performance Driver: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training to develop a team-oriented culture.
- Comply with Company Policies: Implement related action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and apply standards of ethics and integrity in executing business processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months' experience: In a fresh production area, with a strong understanding of bakery operations and food safety standards.
- Age requirement: Be at least 18 years old.
- Training and Assessment: Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
