Nurse Practitioner Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Charles River Medical Associates. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians to deliver exceptional medical services.
Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions within the scope of the Advanced Practice Nurse.
- Obtain and record medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians to review findings and treatment plans, and make decisions regarding patient care.
- Prescribe medications within established guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with changes in medical practice and enhance professional growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced degree in nursing and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working in an ambulatory care setting, preferably with EPIC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
