We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at McLaren Health Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and dispense medications according to physician orders and professional standards.
  • Provide pharmacological information and counseling to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs to improve pharmacological knowledge and skills among hospital staff.
  • Comply with state and federal drug laws and regulations, including monitoring nursing unit inspections and maintaining records for controlled substances.
  • Protect patients and staff by adhering to infection-control protocols and related procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a BS Pharm or PharmD degree.
  • Completion of pharmacy internship and state licensure.
  • Preferred: One year of hospital pharmacy experience.
