\t* High school diploma or GED
\t* Experience in medical billing systems a plus
\t* Understanding of Medicare / Medicaid laws, managed care, and commercial health insurance a plus
\t* Must possess high degree of professionalism and adaptability
\t* 10-Key & Alpha Numeric Data Entry with speed and accuracy
\t* Effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skill in presenting findings and recommendations
\t* Proficient in the use of end-user computer applications regarding productivity (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows file management, database, electronic health/medical records and patient billing and other medical information systems
\t* Team Player
\t* High level of detail orientation and organizational skills
\t* Basic math and analytical abilities
\t* Ability to work independently and professionally in a high volume environment
\t* Ability to maintain confidentiality
\t* Must have predictable and consistent attendance
