Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to cover on-site clinical hours and in-house calls if needed at our trauma level 1 facility in Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and provide excellent patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics or Neonatology
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
