Job Opportunity for BCBA Certified Therapist

Behavioral Transformations is seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral support plans for clients
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality services
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • BCBA certification with the BACB
  • 2+ years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
