Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Children's Hope Alliance. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Services
    • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based models and modalities.
    • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, trauma screenings, and suicide risk assessments.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Participate in program planning and development, including therapeutic activities and treatment planning.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Complete documentation requirements, including progress notes, treatment plans, and clinical intakes.
    • Manage and maintain productivity of billable units, ensuring timely and accurate completion of clinical tasks.
    • Participate in clinical staffings, administrative meetings, and supervision with the Clinical Supervisor.
  • Core Competencies
    • Demonstrate analytical skills, including the ability to review and interpret client assessments and incorporate collateral information into treatment planning.
    • Exhibit effective communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in a human service or related field.
    • Valid full or provisional licensure in one of the following disciplines: LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC, with LCAS a plus.
    • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a mental health setting, with a focus on trauma-informed care.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Effective communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
