Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including electro-mechanical components, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production levels.
  • Equipment Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor other team members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; mechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Basic knowledge of hand tools and tool use; ability to lift in excess of 50lbs; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures (35-90+ degrees Fahrenheit).
