Position Overview

We are pleased to offer a competitive $9,000 Sign-On Bonus.

This position is recognized as the foundational role for all nursing professionals with over 12 months of experience.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist is responsible for delivering and coordinating comprehensive care to patients within a specialized clinical area, functioning as an effective and engaged member of the multidisciplinary patient care team.

Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligibility to practice under Compact state agreements as defined by the Maryland Board of Nursing; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Current compliance with all mandatory training and educational requirements.
  • A minimum of two years of recent hospital nursing experience, demonstrating solid clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
  • Maintenance of 10 contact hours of continuing education every two years.
  • Recent relevant clinical experience in a similar healthcare setting.
