About the Role

The Quick Lube Service Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles. This involves conducting thorough inspections of vehicle systems and components, testing vehicles to ensure all systems and components are secure and functioning properly, and using power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicle systems and components to identify any issues or problems.
  • Test vehicles to ensure all systems and components are secure and functioning properly.
  • Drive vehicles for testing purposes.
  • Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.
  • Repair or replace worn parts before they cause damage or breakdown.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
  • A strong knowledge of automobiles.
  • Effective analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
  • The ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A positive and friendly attitude.
