Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate the dish machine to ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  2. Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a safe working environment.
  3. Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly to maintain a clean and efficient dishwashing process.
  4. Set up and organize the dish racks to ensure efficient use of space and streamline the dishwashing process.
  5. Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
Responsibilities may be adapted to meet the needs of the team.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies as needed.
