We are seeking a skilled Chiropractor to join our team at Family Wellness clinic in Bossier City, LA. As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality chiropractic care to our patients, working collaboratively with our team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial exams and re-exams, including medical history, focused physical exam, and review of pertinent imaging/documents/reports
- Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment, including chiropractic care, adjustments, and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow-up to ensure treatment goals are being met
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in LA
Work Environment:
- Full-time position
- Monday-Friday, with office hours ending at 12 on Fridays
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $60k
- Bonus compensation, including production bonuses
- PTO
- Matching 3% IRA
- Malpractice insurance
- $500 yearly CME stipend
- Paid volunteer hours and matching donation program
