Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

  • Provide friendly companionship and assist with daily tasks, including guidance with dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, laundry, and light housekeeping
  • Deliver personal care services, including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, incontinence care, feeding, and other clinical tasks

Qualifications for Caregivers:

  • CNA or HHA certification required
  • Prior experience in caregiving is preferred
  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • Legally authorized to work in Massachusetts
  • Ability to pass background checks and provide work-related references
