About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist nurses with various basic care activities, including dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including toileting, oral care, nail care, and catheter care.
  • Transport patients, turn bedridden patients, and report any changes in patient condition.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning rooms and changing bed linen.
  • Administer medication as directed by a physician or nurse and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Certification as a Nurse Assistant, if required by state licensure.
  • Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks with proper body mechanics.
