Tablet Press Operator

Charismatic Talent is seeking a skilled Tablet Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining tablet press machines to ensure high-quality products.

• Operate and maintain tablet press machines to meet quality and safety standards.
• Adjust settings for tablet weight, thickness, and hardness to optimize production.
• Perform regular checks for quality and consistency to ensure product excellence.
• Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to maintain equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance and repairs to ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to address any quality control issues.
• Maintain accurate production records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification required.
• 1-2 years of experience operating tablet press machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical documents.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and quality.

Manufacturing facility; standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds.
