Patient Care Associate

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed by the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist patients with bathing and personal hygiene tasks.
• Provide feeding and nutrition support to patients.
• Help patients with grooming and dressing needs.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care to patients.
Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a state-approved CNA program required.
• Current registration/license in applicable state required; must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required upon hire or obtained during orientation.
