Banking Specialist

Fifth Third Bank is a leading financial institution seeking a highly skilled Personal Banker I Associate to join our team in Gaylord, Michigan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships with customers and help them achieve their financial goals.

This position requires a strong understanding of retail consumer and small business products/services, as well as excellent communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate will be able to develop close working relationships with assigned Business Partners and refer customers to provide timely and holistic financial solutions.

The successful candidate will have a college degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience. They will also have demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
