Cardiac Catheterization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheterization team at Northeast Georgia Health System, Inc. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct care to a variety of complex patients, utilizing your expertise in cardiac and electrophysiology procedures.

• Assist in Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology procedures, maintaining a sterile field and ensuring patient safety.
• Prep and drape patients for procedures, maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot fluoroscopy and digital radiological equipment.
• Document patient procedures and supply charges accurately in the EMR.
• Participate in the department's process improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

• Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate Nursing Degree.
• One year of work experience in Critical Care, Cath Lab, ER, or OR preferred.

• National certification in clinical specialty as eligible.
• Bachelor of Nursing Degree.

• Weight Lifted: Up to 100 lbs, Occasionally 0-30% of time.
• Weight Carried: Up to 50 lbs, Occasionally 0-30% of time.
• Vision: Moderate, Frequently 31-65% of time.
