About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at WorldVia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, creating and executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing results to optimize future strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to build brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, and apply that knowledge to improve our marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and experience with analytics software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
