Responsibilities- Provide Direct Patient Care: Implement and monitor patient care plans, monitor and record patient condition, and communicate with patients and families to ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate Patient Care: Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Manage Patient Records: Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Licensure and Certification: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required, Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
