Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with physicians, mid-levels, and front-line staff to assist patients with exceptional care
  • Assist in coordinating, facilitating, monitoring, and evaluating clinically complex patient populations to ensure quality of care and cost-effective use of resources
  • Implement and execute population-level initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and cost of healthcare services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with comparable work experience and a commitment to complete within negotiated timeframe
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a nurse in rural health preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Registered Nurse - Iowa license or compact state
