Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and manage production teams to achieve set performance metrics.
  • Utilize Fortive Business Systems (FBS) to facilitate continuous improvement in various operational aspects.
  • Analyze production schedules and resource allocation to meet customer demands.
  • Implement cross-training initiatives to enhance team flexibility and productivity.
  • Evaluate and optimize resource utilization to align with business objectives.
  • Ensure all production equipment is maintained for optimal performance.
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L management and cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide accurate forecasts for shipments and maintain minimal inventory levels.
  • Develop strategic plans to drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Participate in talent development and succession planning.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of production processes in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across all organizational levels.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with prior management experience preferred.
