Job SummaryWe're looking for a skilled and compassionate RN Med Surg Nights to provide high-quality patient care in our Med/Surg unit. As a member of our team, you'll assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Med/Surg patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Med/Surg patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
