Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work in a rehab setting, requiring at least 2 years of recent experience for 8-hour day shifts and 8-week contracts.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Providing direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans;
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care;
  • Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with regulatory requirements;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and emerging trends in rehabilitation nursing.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:



  • A valid Delaware State Registered Nurse License;
  • Valid BLS certification;
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing;
  • Additional certifications may be required depending on the specific needs of the position.
