We are seeking a skilled RNFA to join our team at Clarkson/Clayton Surgery Center. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring the highest level of safety and quality.
- Maintain professional accountability for the provision of patient care, evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
- Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring seamless transitions.
- Protect patient rights and maintain confidentiality of patient information, adhering to our organization's mission and values.
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year intraoperative nursing experience, with a strong focus on surgical nursing and patient care.
- CNOR and RN-First Assistant certification required within one year of hire/transfer, with BLS/ACLS certification also required within the first year.
- Three (3) or more years intraoperative experience, with a strong background in surgical nursing and patient care.
- CNOR and CRNFA certification, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
