Role Overview
The Retail Experience Specialist will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless interactions between clients and our team members. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and providing clear directions to relevant areas of the dealership.
- Attending to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of visitor interactions and following up as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction ratings.
- Monitor and analyze feedback from clients, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure alignment and consistency in delivering high-quality services.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands.

The estimated salary for this role is $48,000 per year, based on industry standards for similar positions in South Texas.
