Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM FSO module.
  • Strong experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Experience working client and server APIs like GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregation, GlideRecord etc.
  • Design solutions and suggest technical best practices.
  • End-to-end guidance and review of FSO implementation and customizations in ServiceNow.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, meetings, and providing inputs to developers based on technical specifications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Insurance domain knowledge will be a strong plus.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow administration certification
  • ServiceNow implementation specialist certification FSO ITSM various tracks
  • ServiceNow Master Architect Certification (Optional – good to have)
