Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Create a safe and enriching environment that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and napping routines, maintaining a clean and organized space.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that stimulate infants' senses and encourage exploration.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of infant care activities, including feeding schedules, sleep patterns, and developmental milestones.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants, preferably in a caregiving or childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with parents and infants.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Passion for working with infants and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
