Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and install washers and dryers at residential and commercial properties.
- Safely remove old units and transport them back to the warehouse for servicing or disposal.
- Conduct minor repairs and ensure the proper functioning of installed units.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and team members regarding deliveries and installations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols during installation and driving operations.
- Document all installations, repairs, and customer interactions accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy appliances, including washers and dryers (up to 185 pounds) regularly.
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic wiring.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend work.
- Willingness to travel overnight on occasion.
- Experience in appliance installation or a related field.
- Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
- Certification to install gas lines is a plus.
