Job Summary

The Ford-Lincoln Veteran Careers Program is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications to ensure expertise in the latest technologies
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, including drug screening and background investigation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
