About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Physical Therapist to work in a dynamic environment where you will evaluate and treat patients, communicate with patients, clients, and team members, and maintain documentation of services in the medical record.

You will conduct in-services and training for patients, clients, and team members on ongoing restorative techniques, complete all duties in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements, and Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate commitment to Regent Park's mission, values, and standards of ethical behavior.
  • Model a positive and professional image that emulates the organization's mission and encourages a spirit of cooperation with co-workers.
  • Evaluate and treat patients to ensure they receive comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient services.
  • Supervise Therapist Assistants and therapy students in direct patient care to carry out plans of care and patient-related activities per state practice act and reimbursement regulations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Commitment to Regent Park's mission to consistently deliver high-quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.
  • Ability to represent Regent Park in an ethical and professional manner.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $63,000 - $81,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
